Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 days. Shipping costs are based on the size/weight of items purchased and destination. If you have special requirements concerning the shipment of your order, please let us know by sending an email to info@guardenza.com

The Netherlands

All orders in The Netherlands are shipped by PostNL or DHL unless otherwise specified. The right shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your order.

• For wholesale orders in the Netherlands we charge a small fee depending on the weight/size of the items purchased:

International

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International shipping can be handled by DHL. Orders outside The Netherlands typically can take anywhere from 5 days - 8 days due to customs processing. The right shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your order. Destinations that do not appear in the dropdown menu at checkout are handled separately by e-mail.

Zone 1 covers the following countries: Belgium , Germany, Italy , Finland, Denmark , Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Luxembourg, Sweden, Spain , Portugal and Poland.

Tracking Numbers

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be scanned and the information to show up in the carrier's system.

Customs

When ordering goods outside the European Union you may be subjected to other charges. Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Exclusions

Free shipping offers are only valid on retail orders. Wholesale customers do not qualify for coupon, campaign, or free shipping discounts.

Returns

Unwanted Items

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days after a provided receipt. The items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. This means that if you change your mind or for any other reason decide to return the item(s), you can notify us within 14 days of your decision and you will receive a refund and any costs involved in the crediting procedure. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping (unless you have received an incorrect or defective item). Guardenza cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and we advise the use of registered shipping to return products.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before being dispatched. If goods have been sent or received and you would still like to cancel your order, please return the items within 14 days after a receipt. The items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made including the shipping costs and any costs involved in the crediting procedure. Guardenza cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Therefor we advise you to use registered shipping for returning products.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us within 28 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.

  1. Please return any incorrect item to the address we will provide you after notification, we will replace or refund you for the incorrect item upon receiving the returned goods.
  2. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
  3. Please note that should you choose to return items from overseas, the return of items may therefore be at the senders own expense.

Damaged items

You have the right to return any faulty / damaged items within 14 days.  The items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will then provide you with a return receipt for a full refund. Guardenza cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Therefor we advise you to use registered shipping for returning products.
