1. Wash your beard first before applying beard butter or take a warm shower. Then dry it well, leaving your beard slightly dampened.

TIP: Applying beard butter right after taking a warm shower is perfect because the hair follicles are open from the warm water and the oils and butters penetrates in the hair more easily.

2. Scrap a small amount of beard butter into your hands and rub the butter between your hands to soften it.
3. Work it evenly into your dampened beard from root to tip, making sure to rub it into the skin where your beard grows to nourish the hair at its’ roots.
4. Brush through with a natural-bristle brush or comb to help straighten and shape your beard.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEARD BUTTER, BEARD BALM AND BEARD OIL?

Beard butter provides a lighter hold than beard balm, but more hold than beard oil. It also gives you a lot more moisturizing properties to the hair and skin than beard balm and beard oil as it consists of different oils to nourish and moisturize the skin while the natural butters lock in moisture into your beard so that it remains soft and manageable
